The Naron's*Maternity

I have known Cassie and Sterling for most of my life and Cassie has been one of my best friends since middle school. They are expecting her first baby, a girl, in August. I was fortunate enough to go to Ft. Worth and take her pictures and go to her shower. Being that she's such a close friend made it so much more special.

We took the outdoor pictures on the golf course that Sterling works on, Hawk Creek. Sterling has done a great job taking care of it and it's a great place for pictures. Then we did some indoor shots of her belly, which turned out great. They have a softness to them that I think was just perfect for maternity pictures. They are toward to bottom so be sure to look at all of them!

Cassie, I can't wait to meet your baby girl! I'm so happy for you and Sterling!

Baby Braxton

Sweet Braxton! I'm so glad I got to take his pictures. It took Tasha and I awhile to actually get it done, but we finally did. Unfortunately we did not get to take their family pictures on the same day; oh the joy of being a coach's wife. Brad and my husband actually coach together which is how I met this sweet family-to-be.

This little guy couldn't be more adorable. He's already photogenic; he kept following me with his eyes. He's so happy and I love his expressions.

Mika * Senior Pictures

Everyone meet Mika. Mika is a Senior at Llano High and she will be graduating soon...yay!! She plans to attend UT and study religion. She is such a sweet girl and is very involved in school activites and church.

For her shoot we started off in Llano. She and her mom picked out a hill for taking pictures in their chair. It's a good thing Mika and I both had on boots because there were a lot of cactus. Then we took a drive to Fredericksburg (or Fred as people around here call it). We found some great places there, of course. Unfortunately one of the best places will be saved for later, because she is in her prom dress...look for those sometime after May 14 :) Be sure and check out the very last picture though, it's a cool new idea I got from another photographer!
